First of all, I would like to apologize to all you jive turkeys who were unable to stomach the most recent essay at TSAT.  Sheesh.

Whatever.

I just finished up the first section of THE BOOK two days ago.  There are 10 chapters in SECTION ONE.  There are going to be five or six sections to this book.  That, of course, may change.  Last night I started SECTION TWO of the book, and I have already finished two chapters.  As of right now, I am at 18,700 words.  That means I have left the realm of the novelette and now entered novella territory (17,500 - 50,000 words).

If my book were being rated by the MPAA, it would be slapped with an immediate NC-17 rating.  So, I hope that it gets taught in high school literature classes.
